TULARE COUNTY HOME TOURS Leave the driving to us and take a ride on a comfortable shuttle bus to see previously foreclosed homes that are now bank owned on the market to sell.  Whether you are an investor, first-time home buyer, or moving up, find out everything involved in making an informed decision to buy one of these homes.  The tour is every Saturday and we preview between 10 to 12 homes.  This could be your opportunity for the American Dream. The tours begin at 11:00 a.m. until approximately 1:30 p.m. at the Century 21 Jordan-Link & Co. location at 2009 W. Feemster, Visalia, CA .  Starting June 7th and every first Saturday from there on the tour will be a Tulare tour.  Beginning at the same time at the Century 21 Jordan-Link & Co. office located at 141 North K, Tulare, CA. There is an abundance of properties that banks have to sell and you could be the buyer.  Once these properties are sold it will improve the looks of our neighborhoods and lessen the inventory of homes now on the market.  This will help stabilize the local economy and continue to make our beautiful valley a great place to live. The homes will be in three categories.  The first being the fixer uppers in the low end price range.  The second being the middle price range for either first time buyers or move ups.  The third being the higher price range for the move ups.  There are several homes in the middle price range to higher price range that are move in ready homes.  We will choose homes that we feel as experts is a good bargain.  There are  a lot of great buys out there right now waiting for buyers.  You will be given information on what the lenders expect when making an offer.  There will a lender on hand every Saturday to answer questions and be available for pre-qualification.  Snacks and drinks will also be available before and during the tour.
